Masters of Sin Book1 Out TOMORROW!

I am so excited about this new series, and I hope you all enjoy the launch book, the story of Cyr, Magus and Gina. These guys are alpha, they're tormented and dark and sexy and...yummy. And just look at that cover. Smokin' hot.
Blurb:
One woman. Two masters who will tempt her to sin.
Cyr and Magus. Two immortal men, possessed by the spirit of Wrath. Its voice is never silent. Its evil demands almost impossible to resist. Driving their desires, testing their will every minute of every day. Until they meet Gina. They want her. They need her. Her love and submission. For she is the light to their darkness. Their peace. Their gift.
Tormented by her own submissive needs, her denied passions, Gina is wary of the blatant masculinity of her new neighbors. They’re both gorgeous. Charming. Seductive. Dominant. But below the surface, she senses a seething rage, barely restrained, even while her body responds to every heated look, touch and word.
A battle is being waged—for the lives and souls of two men—and Gina is the key. And as the darkness closes in, and Magus and Cyr struggle with the malevolent beast threatening to consume them, only one woman’s sexual surrender and loving touches can quiet the monster possessing them.
You can read a short excerpt
HERE. It'll also be available tomorrow on the EC website.

I Have Wonderful News!
I just received a call from my Kensington editor. She has offered a contract for two new books! I am over-the-moon thrilled!
The first book, Decadent Master (Masters of Desire book 2), will release in February of 2010.
The second book, Darkest Fire, will release in late 2010.
Blurbs:
DARKEST FIRE
(Black Gryffon Book 1)
Blurb:
For the darkest fire burns the hottest...
Drako Alexandre isn'’t the handsome billionaire playboy everyone thinks he
is. The mysterious jeweler to the wealthy is also a Black Gryffon, a
guardian of a dark secret. Commanded to marry, he'’s more than happy to take
a wife. Duty is duty. But he won’'t give up his lovers, nor will he ever
allow himself to love a woman. For to love is to become vulnerable. At
least, that is what he'’s always believed...
Rin Mitchell, a woman with a few secrets of her own, accepts Drako’'s
unexpected marriage proposal, not expecting their loveless arrangement to be
a marriage made in heaven. It’s a convenient solution to an overwhelming
problem, until she realizes her lethally seductive husband is a lot more
deadly than the demons that had chased her into his arms.
Drako must defeat a powerful adversary.
Rin must stoke the Gryphon'’s dark fire.
Their love ignites the flame.
DECADENT MASTER
(Vampire BDSM. Sequel to Dark Master)
Blurb:
Nursing a broken heart, Wynne Fischer takes the advice of her therapist and pays a visit to a local bondage club. She’s looking for answers to some pressing questions, like why her fiancé decided he’d rather be with a whip-wielding Dom than with her. But the Doms she meets at Twilight end up raising more questions than answers, as they lead her on a journey into the darker side of passion.
Brothers Rolf and Dierk Sorensen hadn’t expected to find themselves competing for Wynne, but in no time that’s exactly what happens. Within weeks, Dierk is tempted to give up his former life of overindulgence for good, and Rolf is draining local florists’ inventory of roses. Making matters worse, Wynne catches the eye of a third Dom, the mysterious Master Zane.
Which will she choose--the reformed playboy, the passionate romantic, or the mysterious seducer? Maybe, it’ll be all three. After all, what girl could pick from three sinfully sexy vampires who know exactly how to make her heart skip a beat or two?

Are you bored...?
Jane posted an interesting topic today on Dear Author. In a nutshell, she's tired of the same old concepts/themes/myths in paranormal romances. Vampires. Ghosts. Werewolves. She wants something fresh, unique, interesting.
I couldn't agree more. I'm finding myself walking out of the bookstore empty handed. I've even scoured the internet, searching for ebooks written about unique worlds but haven't found much.
This is the reason why I've been dabbling in new worlds/mythologies. The Phoenix legend. The concept of sin. Gryffons.
Will they sell? I hope so, but at the same time I realize it's hard for most readers to try something new. Still, I'd like to ask, what sort of paranormal worlds/characters would you love to read about?
Personally, I'd love to see time travels make a comeback. What would you like to read?

Fabulous News!
Yes, I have been the world's WORST blogger. I recognize that fact, and I apologize. But if you thought I have been wasting those precious few minutes of writing time, I haven't. In fact, I've been quite busy.
In the past few months, I have created a concept for a new paranormal erotic series and have finished writing the first book. I have an offer from Ellora's Cave! Yeah! Whooo hooo! Wrath's Embrace, the first book in my new Masters of Sin series will release sometime in 2009--details to come.
What is this new series about?
Tormented, tortured heroes. Yum.
Hot m/m sex. Double yum.
And the women who make them whole.
They will be darkly erotic with the usual touch of BDSM.
I can't wait to dig into edits (which I already have!) and bring this book to my readers! So far, 2009 is looking fabulous!
What about you? How has your 2009 been so far? Any great news to share?

I am FINISHED! Whooo hooooo!
I just completed my final Christmas purchase. What a huge relief!
How are you doing? Are you a wait-'til-the-last-minute shopper, like my mother? Or do you shop early and just relax during the holidays? Me? I hate crowds. I hate lines. I *heart* eBay :)

Christmas Stories?
At this time of year, I just love to read holiday-themed stories. I found this one, written by an author I met on the Romance Divas. It sounds wonderful. I lovelovelove time travels!

ISBN Number: 978-1-897560-10-5
Genre: Time Travel Romance
Length: Novella
Heat Index: Hot with Explicit Language
Read excerpts or buy it here!Dreaming of the past.Hannah Falcon loves her job cataloging medieval artifacts and setting up the displays at the Natural History Museum in New York. What she doesn’t love is her father’s steadfast refusal to let her go on any of his archeological digs, or her friends insisting she date more. When a man dressed as a medieval knight shows up in the museum, Hannah mistakes him for her friend’s latest attempt at a blind date.
Sent into the future:Sir Gavin of Rogueforth is a battle-hardened twelfth century knight, having seen and caused his share of death in the crusades. He expects nothing more from life than to live and die by his sword. After Gavin rescues a woman and her daughter from a band of highway thieves, she sends him through time to protect another Hannah, claim her as his own and fulfill his destiny. He doesn’t expect a woman who refuses to be protected.
Timeless passion:Can a man in chain maille convince a twenty-first century woman to follow her heart? Can a modern day woman show a medieval knight there’s more to life than being a protector? When two people from two different times explore Manhattan during the holiday season will time be an obstacle or will they find the magic to span centuries under the mistletoe?
What about some others? I'm looking for recommendations. They can be old stories or new, ebooks or print. I'm totally open.
