Is there REALLY a market for this?!

Funny what a girl will find by Googling the words “Bizarre Websites”.

The word bizarre isn’t even fitting for some of these sites.

Take for instance, this one. OMG, I can’t imagine what people are doing with these things...outside of at Halloween time. Anyone care to take a guess?

The headline: Build a lifesize, realistic, decaying corpse in the privacy of your own home. [FUN FOR THE FAMILY! FOSTER LOVE AND CLOSENESS WITH YOUR CHILDREN WHILE EXPLORING THE MORE SOBERING ASPECTS OF LIFE...AND DEATH]

This Step By Step Manual includes options for installing Lights into the eye sockets, cabling the mouth to open and close using a cable controlled handle and Life Casting. All materials can be bought at local Hardware and Hobby stores. [I GUARANTEE THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT, LOL] If your favorite Hobby store doesn't supply some of the needed materials then you may have to visit a Theatrical Supply Shop or even your local dentist. [TELL ME THE DENTISTS ARE NOT FORKING OVER REAL TEETH, PLEASE!] In case you can't find the materials you need there is a list of on-line suppliers included in the back of the manual. [WONDER WHAT A SKULL IS GOING FOR THESE DAYS...NOT.]

You don't need any prior experience or great artistic talent. [JUST A STRONG STOMACH] This manual will guide you through each process, step by step, giving you many tricks and techniques along the way to help ensure your corpse is realistic in every detail. [I’M SPEECHLESS. THIS COULD BE TAKEN SO MANY WAYS.]

I thought that was my next date for a minute.
Mmmmm, good price, though. I'll have to think about it.

Bwahahahahaha, bibliophile.

Girl, if that's the best you can do, you need to come out to Detroit. At least you'll find some LIVE ones :)
